Returns Policy – All Products & Gift Cards except Clothing & Footwear

We (Titapu) have NO Returns – NO Exchange – No Replacement – No Refunds Policy. When you place the order, our representative would call you to ensure that you have ordered the correct product. This is done to ensure that you as a customer get the right product in right codition in the first place itself. Additionally you as a customer do not have to pass through the process of returns. Wasting Time & Money.

Returns Policy – Clothing & Footwear

We (Titapu) have 3-day Exchange & Replacement Policy but NO Returns – NO Refund Policy for Clothing & Footwear items. This Exchange & Replacement Policy is limited to Size Returns. You have 3 days after receiving your item to request a exchange / replacement. Items on Sale / Limited Time Offer are Non Exchangeable, Non-Replaceable, Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable.

This is done to ensure that you as a customer get the right clothing / footwear in right condition in the first place itself. Additionally you as a customer do not have to pass through the process of returns. Wasting Time & Money.

Eligibility Conditions for Exchange & Replacement of Clothing / Footwear

Clothing & Footwear can be exchanged if there is a size issue. Although, we prefer that you to check the measurement chart before placing an order. A Clothing or Shoe can be exchanged for another product. You have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange / replacement.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, the product should be returned the exact same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags / labels in place and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the invoice copy of purchase.

Shipping Charges with respect to Exchange & Replacement of Clothing / Footwear & Procedure for Exchange

Shipping charges for returning the goods (to be exchanged) back to us will be borne by you. We (Titapu) will take care of the charges for resending it to you.

To start an exchange, you have to send your exchange request by email at titapumbk@gmail.com or whatsapp us on 9137273838. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange/replacement was approved or not. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
